Abstract: This pa??er ap??lies o??inion mining t?? t??e sy????em of web public sent??ment, p??tting forward an opinion collecting system of public sentiment of the Internet based on dynamic knowledge base. The system builds an opinion base through extracting rules automatically and adding to opinion base. For a hot event, we can extract people’s opinions through matching with the opinion base. The e??periment has shown that the proposed approach in this paper is feasible in early warning system for web public sentiment.
