Abstract: The safety production is still grim in coal mining enterprises and major coal mine accidents are occurred often. It’s important to make a safety, fast and effective disaster relief for the reduction of casualties and property damage. From the point of the prevention before accident and emergency rescue after the accident, the characteristics of amajor coal mine disasters were analyzed in this paper, and the supported system of mine emergency rescue and dynamics integrated decision, which is called “a union of five features”, such as the identification of a comprehensive mine hidden danger of accidents, monitoring of mine ventilation defense, mine safety information, mine disaster relief command, mine emergency rescue decision and so on were made. It also makes a goal analysis and opens up new avenues for reasonable, scientific security management in coal mining enterprises.
