Abstract: With the quick development of the city and quick increase of our economy, the city community each emergency can outburst at and moment, community safety assessment is an effective way to build safety community. The safety estimate indexes of city community were studied. The model of fuzzy comprehensive assessment was brought forward based on the characteristic of the city community, which provided a new way to city community assessment. The application of the model to a certain city community shows that this model was feasible.
