Abstract: This article uses the relationship of financial ecological environment and commercial bank crisis as a clue, it is based on the expounding the character and concept of the financial ecological environment and commercial bank management, it establishes an model about financial ecological environment and commercial bank crisis management. Finally, it analyzes the Jinzhou Bank financial ecological environment empirically, it give some advices in order to improve the ecological environment of Jinzhou Bank and avoid the bank crisis. In order to enhance the commercial banks for the crisis management capability, the realization of various elements of the socialist market economy and the balanced development of positive interaction, fundamentally resolve the commercial banks.
