Abstract: Abstract: Over the past years, the Default on Rural Migrant Workers’ Wages was one of the society hot spot and it is difficult to find the way out, especially for the Rural Migrant Workers in construction industry. It is significant to solve this problem for building a harmonious society. The paper puts forwards that the government should largely answer for the default on rural migrant workers’ wages. On the side of the government, the paper brings forward a series of countermeasures to settle this problem.
