Abstract: Abstract: According to the feature of investment project, this paper considers that evaluation of risk business enterprise can be plot out for the evaluation of income and the evaluation of risk. It educes the evaluation index sign system of income and risk, and also educes the judging standard. It uses the method of “Delphi” to confirm various index ratios, and on this basis, uses the method of illegibility mathematics to evaluate the risk enterprise synthetically.
