Abstract: Since the concept of the development strategy “a river two laps, the two-wheeled actuation” has just been proposed in Hubei Province, the Eco-cultural traveling circle's construction is a brand new topic. There exist some questions such as infrastructure and supporting facilities, resource development, and these need substantial capital. But it is situated at the mountainous area and funds are inadequate, so it is inevitable to attract investors. This article analyzes the listed company’s investment characteristics and preferences, which is looked forward to be taken as the basis for eco-cultural tourism circle’s construction, truly forms the multi-forms, multi-channel, multi-level innovation investment mechanism with the government’s guidance and the enterprise’s main body.
