Abstract: Abstract: In the time of financial crisis, migrant workers were hit the most. However, at present, with the coming of “post-crisis era”, there appears “migrant-worker shortage”, which is the issue worthy of concerning. In the long run, the rural labor shortage will become a trend, but the operation of a city cannot do without the service of the migrant workers. Therefore, we must fully address the needs of the migrant workers and strengthen the capital investment and development on labor resource to make the migrant workers integrate into urban society gradually. Only by this can we alleviate the current “migrant-worker shortage” and further promote the development of urbanization.
