Abstract: Abstract: With the rapid development of economy in China, the engineering projects have been more sweeping and complex. In the mean while, cross-border projects play more and more important roles. But with that prosperity, a mass of conflict phenomena appear, which seriously affect projects’ goals. Overseas’ research and project practices show that effective cooperation is the basis for conflict resolution, and the credit-based cooperation mechanism which applied in conflict management can benefit project course. Using credit mechanism, this article analyzes the character and root which lead to the conflicts between multiple partners first. And then, a project conflict transfer and handling mode is established to solve these problems in project. The conflict transferring and handling mode and additional management process can improve efficiency of project conflict handling and promote the realization of the project goals.
