Abstract: Abstract: This essay starts with the green building and explains the development and current situation of the domestic and international green buildings. And then it studies and discusses the domestic and international green building rating systems. Certainly the important part of this essay is the differences study between domestic and international green building rating systems which include evaluation methods, evaluation objects, evaluation contents and evaluation standards. Through the differences study, the essay also proposes a forward-looking views to our China’s green rating system in the end.
