Abstract: Abstract: The research shows that human resources management is one of main business administration risk, to predict HRMR effectively, the method of support vector machine (SVM) adopted on the study. SVM has the ability of giving consideration to error and general melt training under the situation that the sample book training is limited. Applying SVM to human resources management risk (HRMR) forecasts study is not good for resolving the HRMR problem from the angle that the data excavates, but also for providing new visual angle for evaluation of HRMR. The forecasts mode of HRMR based on SVM was established in the paper, and with example verification support, SVM applies to feasibility and reliability that HRMR forecasts.
