Abstract: Abstract: With the merit wage system carrying out in institutions, how to allocate fairly and reasonably has becoming a top priority. First, some people distribute merit wage in some new ways, for example, they divert their attentions from personal ability to team cooperation, but I think the two distribution methods both have their shortcomings, and they should be strengthened in some respects. I adopt the grading method to describe the distribution of merit wage of the institutions. This is a new idea for the merit wage distribution of the institutions.
