Abstract: Abstract: This paper focused on the relationship among perceived organizational support, professional identification and job satisfaction for insurance agent, which is an empirical study based on the example of insurance agent in a branch office of The People's Insurance Company of China (PICC).The purpose of this paper is to prove that perceived organizational support and professional identification has a very important influence on the job satisfaction from the aspect of theory and practice. Thus, it could provide theoretical evidence and practical way for the insurance companies in our country to manage the insurance agents more effectively and improve the quality of their services.
