Abstract: Abstract: Personnel Economics (PE) is a new discipline which based on incomplete information, consider the effectiveness of human resources policy as the object, integrate information economics and incentive theory into a framework, it provides a unified interpretation of many complex phenomena in the practice of personnel management. We compare PE and the traditional theory of HRM, illustrate the limitations of the latter from the human resource selection, staff training and human resource incentives, illustrate its innovation and breakthrough through the Personnel Management and discuss a number of basic inspirations of Chinese enterprises.
