Abstract: Nowadays, as China’s economy of manufacturing continues to be mature and improve, managers face a great challenge in business and talents. More and more signs show that competition is the talent competition and enterprises with excellent talent will have a magic weapon in the competition. Based on the careful research on the recruitment system status of HUAYI Fuel gas appliances Co., Ltd in Shenyang, combined with the knowledge the author has learned, we found the problems existing in the organization. So we developed this recruitment project design which is more scientific and practical to help the company promote the recruitment efficiency.
