Abstract: Abstract: One of the important steps of human resource management is staff recruitment, selection and appointment. In this process, the interviewer plays a crucial role in bringing the possibility to select the exact talent needed by the organization into reality. In the aspects of selecting interviewer, enhancing the training of the interviewer, choosing an effective interview method, optimizing the interview process by team interviewing, setting standardized evaluating principles, selecting an proper interviewing method, improving the physical condition of interview and extending the interval between interviews, this thesis makes an exploration into the approaching of avoiding the negative psychological effects of the interviewer.
