Abstract: Abstract: Among the factors inducing Pilot’s turnover intention, the leader behavior is of special importance. This Paper, employing the questionnaire and statistical analysis, discusses the impacts different leaderships exerting on the Pilot’s turnover intention, and further concludes that punishment unrelated to the Pilot’s performance can reinforce one’s turnover intention, while contingent reward can play an opposite role in it; compared to the task-oriented leadership, the relation-oriented leadership can weaken the Pilot’s turnover intention more efficiently.
