Abstract: Abstract: By questionnaire investigation, the five dimensions of employee’s organizational citizenship behavior, namely, initiative behaviors, citizen virtue, helping coworkers, saving resources, supporting and participation, were confirmed via exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in this research. Then, the effects of different enterprises’ and individual characteristics on employee’s organizational citizenship behavior in its five dimensions were analyzed via the Structural Equation Model (SEM). It is hoped to have some referential value for enterprise management.
