Abstract: Abstract: With the rapid growth of China’s national economy, and the gradual improving level of urbanization, the architecture industry has welcomed the development peak once again. The subsequent question is that what can construction companies do to obtain high-yield in such opportunities. Establishing the quality cost optimization model of the construction projects is a way to raise revenue, by which the construction enterprises can manage the quality costs. Firstly, this article introduces construction project quality costs, and analyzes composition of construction project quality costs. Secondly, the paper presents the traditional analysis quality cost model and analyzes conventional model’s limitation and insufficient, by which this article has established the quality cost model, and got this model’s advantages by comparing the conventional model. Finally, this article quotes the project example and checks feasibility of the model.
