However, with the keen competition in press industry and the emergence of new network media, BEN is facing the same problem, such as loss of customers and advertising. Using SWOT analysis method, this article is to discuss BEN's competitive advantages and disadvantages in metropolitan newspaper industry and development opportunities. Finally, from aspects of internal operations and external competitive environment, advice will be presented to BEN for its innovation and development in the future.
