Abstract: Abstract: Affected by the global financial crisis, China’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are facing “winter-passing” test. Since the resistant abilities of different enterprises for financial “cold current” are different, the SMEs in the preparation for “winter-passing” should firstly make a “physical self-examination” against winter. The author designs the winter-passing physical self-examination table for SMEs, and the essential countermoves will be prepared and provided for different SMEs.
