Abstract: Abstract: This paper divides enterprise specific advantages into two parts: low-cost specific advantages and differentiation specific advantages, and divides location into two parts: soft-ware advantages location and hard-ware advantages through literature study. It comes out that under the motivation of assets exploration, in order to pursue the integrate competitive advantages of low-cost and high- differentiation, the cost specific advantages enterprises should choose those areas with software advantages, but the differentiation specific advantages enterprises should choose those areas with hardware advantages.
