Abstract: Abstract: In reviewing the paper at home and abroad to establish the mechanism of trust, this paper researches the virtual enterprise trust on the decisive factor and its evaluation. By combining the concept of Nielsen model, on the basis of the trust objects to be perceived credibility of the model framework for research, an assessment index system of virtual enterprise trust has been designed. The approach based on fuzzy method is also presented for the assessment of virtual enterprise trust. Then through the empirical analysis of 37 small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province research data, that will contribute to the evaluation of virtual enterprise trust.
