Abstract: Abstract: With the rapid development of China's nuclear power industry status and the status of nuclear power personnel training, this paper analyses China's nuclear power industry, especially nuclear science and technology class professionals’ needs of nuclear power plants’ construction, operation and management and the problems talents training facing. It proposes how to strengthen China's nuclear power training of talents in the new period to match the construction highlight of China's nuclear power industry demand for qualified personnel for nuclear power, so as to promote the change in China's energy structure and the economic and society’s harmonious development.
