Abstract: Abstract: Based on the panel data C-D model to Research on the Different Relationship about the investment of the science and technology (S&T) outlay and the output value among different provinces’ large and medium-scale industry. We conclude that the output ability of the science and technology outlay in large and medium-scale industry is differed greatly among provinces, and the influences is more remarkable when the same funds is invested to the central and west section of Chinese large and medium-scale industry.
