Abstract: Abstract: Under world economy crisis, the manufacturing enterprises in Yangtze Delta have some troubles. For these enterprises, how to survive in the world economy crisis and grow becomes more and more important. Especially, the manufacturing industry in Yangtze Delta Region is the engine of Chinese manufacturing industry. Through the analysis of manufacturing enterprises in Yangtze Delta, this article gives a clear description of the real condition of manufacturing enterprises, and gives some explanation. Based on the theories on strategy and risk management, this article tries to find the strategic choice for the concerned enterprises and explore the better strategic decision in the world crisis and for the uncertain future. Finally this article helps these enterprises to made reasonable and better strategic choices and decisions.
