Abstract: Abstract: Enterprise network structure theory for FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) is an important analysis tool. When analyzing traditional theory of technology innovation, diffusion, FDI and enterprise network structure, three issues need improved: the abstracted enterprises; the static enterprise network; and the lack of strategic-policies for FDI. The article discusses the factors and changes of different enterprise structures on innovation. Finally, for better utilization of FDI to improve technology innovation of Chinese enterprises, the corresponding implementation policies are presented.
