Abstract: Abstract: Market value management (MVM) is a new management development of listed companies in china since stock structure reform. Based on the theories of finance and management, the paper set up a set of indices to evaluate MVM performance of Chinese listed companies. Using this set of indices, the paper ranked and analyzed MVM performance of the year 2009 of listed companies in china, which provides a benchmark for improving MVM of listed companies.
