Abstract: Abstract: It is increasingly widespread concerned that how to obtain enterprise advantages of sustainable growth in dynamic and complex environment. Dynamic capability is the true source of obtaining the sustainable competitive advantage in the global fierce market competition. Based on the analysis of research results, this paper explains the elements of dynamic capabilities from a strategic dimension, the implementation dimension and learning dimension, builds a relational model between dynamic capabilities and enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, and accordingly designs the index system of sustainable competitive advantage measuring dynamic capabilities changes. This ability provided the theoretical basis for reference to further develop case studies, empirical research and parametric study based on the evolution relationship between dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage.
