Abstract: Abstract: Enterprise group has been a trend along with market economy development. We have discussed a lot on financial management model, paying more attention on capital, investment and finance, as to store management about each sub-corporation which is the most part of current assets. However, we don’t have practice case to be referred to. We expend the economic order quantity model, along with multiple-header of enterprise group, on which we build enterprise group order model. Under restrict conditions, we testify and make the conclusion that business group will cost lower than that each one orders itself. The model also has great value on government order collectively.
