Abstract: Abstract: In recent years, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become the necessary responsibility and obligation; at the same time, many companies are beginning to make CSR as a strategic investment to improve enterprise s ' core competence. This paper puts forward three principles of CSR through summarizing the situation at present, sums up the framework of the CSR reports of Chinese listed companies, and solves three basic problems of the CSR reports of Chinese listed companies, desiring to provide theoretical guidance and support for the CSR management and practices of reports of Chinese listed companies and even other kinds of companies.
