Abstract: Abstract: The Industrial cluster is a new industrial organization between the market and the enterprise. As a common phenomenon in the process of industrialization, the industrial cluster has made great contributions to economic development in both developed and developing countries. This paper uses the theory of Value Analysis to analyze the competitiveness of the industrial cluster. The analysis shows that while the cost of the industrial cluster is lower than that of the market or enterprise, the function of the industrial cluster is stronger than that of the market or enterprise. The value of the industrial cluster is bigger than that of the market and the enterprise under the same condition. Thus, the industrial cluster shows great vitality and competitiveness.
