Abstract: Abstract: Business ethics is the value orientation and the code of conduct in dealing with the relationship between stakeholders and the business. Behaviors that are against these norms are looked as unethical behaviors. The business’s unethical behaviors can not be fully explained by a single factor, and are often the interactions of individual, organizational and external environment dimensions. Individual dimension includes personal value system, cognition of moral development, locus of control, Machiavellianism; Organizational dimension concerns the corporate culture, rewards and punishment system, group thinking; External environment dimension involves the legal system, the government administrative system and industrial environment.
