Abstract: Abstract: This paper summarized the characters of supply chain management based on the literature about definition of supply chain management. A conclusion was drawn that China is a country with low uncertainty avoidance cultural tendency by data analysis. At last the paper discussed the relationship between supply chain management and uncertainty avoidance and brought forward a theory model of the relationship between low uncertainty avoidance tendency and supply chain management.
