Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, we treat Macau Hotels foreign workers as our study to measure the level of its working-families conflict, work burnout and their relationship with work performance. The results show that: Macau foreign workers face a high level of work-family conflict, and the FIW has a significant positive predictive effect on work performance and negative emotions, but no direct significant effect for job burnout. WIF has a significant positive effect on job burnout, but not significant impact to the work performance and negative emotion.
