Abstract: Abstract: Not only is tissue engineering a science applying the principle of cryobiology and engineering to develop and repair the biological substitute of the damaged organizational structure and function, but also provides a new perspective and a new method for researching the organizational function impairment and restoration in the field of human and socio-economic. Based on analyzing the biological characteristics of enterprise organizational engineering, the paper proposes to introduce tissue engineering to the research of enterprise organizational engineering so that to build the system analysis framework of enterprise organizational engineering theory of tissue engineering.
