Abstract: Abstract: In order to adapt to the external environment, the enterprise culture must be ongoing remodeling and innovating, and dynamically match the enterprise development strategies, processes, structure and technology each other, so as to promote long-term business performance. It had become one of the important means to access long-term competitive advantage in the fierce competition to remodel the enterprise culture adapting to the environment. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the dimensions of adaptability to corporate culture, a set of evaluation index system of corporate culture adaptability was designed. The comprehensive evaluation model of the corporate culture adaptability based on the theory of AHP was constructed. After the network trained and simulated, the models was comprised and analyzed through practical data. It was also concluded that the model is scientific and effective to measure corporate culture adaptation.
