Abstract: Based on the data of the part areas of Yunnan province and adopted the entropy-fuzzy evaluating method, we evaluate the influence of the peasant-workers among various incomes on the construction of the new countryside. The results indicate that the peasant laborer has influenced the high income region most, while the middle income area next and the low income area least. The peasant-workers has the largest influence on the middle-income areas in terms of production development and well-to-do livelihood, as well as on the high-income region in the aspect of the civilization of local customs, cleanliness of villages and democratic management, but has the least impact on the low-income areas in production development, well-off livelihood, the civilization of the local customs and democratic management. So, corresponding policies and suggestions have been raised.
