Abstract: Abstract: In the 21st century, it is the policies and markets that can be the source of energy of developing sustainable agriculture; that is to say, on the basis of policy supporting, the fundamental role of markets can be played better. On the basis of structural optimization to food consumption and products structural upgrading, this article made some analysis on the demand for food consumption due to the increase of income, therefore leading to the food structural upgrading. From the relevant quantitative analysis, the strategies of developing sustainable agriculture are proposed in terms of policies, management, products structural optimization, market resource integrating and ways of development diversion.
