Abstract: Abstract: This paper make a short-term forecast to quantity of civilian vehicles in China. In order to improve the accuracy and stability forecasting, the paper presents a combined forecasting method, which integrates exponential smoothing and BP neural network by minimizing the sum of squared errors. The Combined forecasting method to predict quantity of civilian vehicles in China is conducive to the development of the Chinese auto industry policy proposal.
