Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, the lifecycle of private enterprise was characterized into three typical stages: “Family Plant”, “Increasing Scale Within Single Sector” and “Multi-Sectors Operation”, which respectively correspond to traditional part-time accounting, professional accounting and modern financial management. Due to insufficient human capital, the uneasiness encountered in supervising financial managers and inability to make up benefit in the short run, financial division seldom evolved smoothly in private enterprise. Provided the fact that private enterprises of same industry commonly agglomerating together, we suggest that shared financial network may be a promising outlet for successful financial labor division.
