Abstract: Abstract: With the development of enterprise, workflows among company become more and more complex, and the way of processing transition of workflow by manual method is becoming inadaptable to economic benefit and requirement of enterprise. Workflow management techniques coming of 1970’s have already become usable techniques that can excavate the information system potential and optimize the business process. This paper introduces the workflow management system analyzed and designed by the authors. According to the research, we propose a set of graphic language to define workflow. The paper also shows the workflow modeling tools and workflow engine realized by Java.
