Abstract: Abstract: Due to the differences of various organizations, techniques, complexity of transactions and demands of accounting information, the processes of accounting data processing are of difference as well. The paper compares the process of accounting traditional data processing with the process of computer data processing. Then it designs new process of accounting information processing which brings fundamental changes like avoiding duplicate store of data and multiple auditions of process etc, realizing functions, such as simplicity of the process of accounting information processing, automation of procedures of data processing and cross-year booking, changing the functions of accountants accordingly, keeping the accounting inner control stricter and making account auditing process conform to the design principles of information process and making process more rational.
