Abstract: Abstract: This paper proposes a conceptual model of external organizational integration, environment uncertainty and new product development (NPD) performance, and conducts empirical study based on the survey of domestic manufacturing enterprises. The results show that information sharing, relationship coordination and co-participation have positive impacts on NPD performance, and environment uncertainty plays a moderating role on the relationship between external organizational integration and NPD performance.
