Abstract: Abstract: The factors that influence the technological innovation capabilities were identified then the model on technological innovation capabilities and organizational performance was developed. Based on the model, there were six hypotheses had been set. The empirical results indicated that the resource availability & allocation and technological capability have positive effect on the organizational performance and the diffusion capability also had indirect impact on organizational performance.
