Abstract: Abstract: The increasingly competitive environment has brought new challenges in management. Business Processes, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management are the emergence of new management concepts and tools in recent years. In this paper, an overview of related concepts is analyzed. A model is built to confirm Triadic Reciprocal Determinism among Business Process, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management, which supports the decision-making and improves the quality of decision-making. Business Process, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management are complementary which has a mutually reinforcing relationship.
