Abstract: Abstract: Papers set up a model of relationship between enterprises’ technology innovation strategy and innovational performance, which have respectively researched innovational performance under different technology innovation strategy. Quantitative analysis shows that innovational performance in imitative innovation ways have a time lag. And there is an upper limit for business process re-engineering to improve the innovation performance. Changes in access to information can improve the accuracy of innovation decision, but organizational restructuring of the organizational system can promote innovational performance in a short time while in the long term, it will continue to be obstacle to the improvement of innovational performance.
