Abstract: Abstract: The impetus of future economic growth mainly came from technological innovation. The influence on a country's technological progress by both domestic and international factors, technology innovation has been particularly evident in developing countries. Developing countries through FDI and other international technology diffusion approach the introduction of foreign advanced technology, in a dynamic sense, to promote national technical innovation capability, as well as the formation of innovative mechanisms. As international technology diffusion, one of three paths of foreign direct investment (FDI) has produced a significant spillover effect of technology and how to take full advantage of FDI spillover effect of technology to improve their technological progress and technical innovation, has been much concern about foreign capital. With Binhai New Area into the country's overall development strategy and economic center of northern part of China, Tianjin establishment environments to attract foreign investment of continuous improvement, FDI for economic development in Tianjin is also an increasingly important role. In this paper analysis the foreign investment in Tianjin, the impact of technological innovation and enhance the impact of technological innovation in Tianjin FDI response.
