Abstract: Abstract:With the rapid ratio expansion of the services in GDP and in industrial products, the status and role of service is more and more obvious. It is an inevitable phenomenon of the trend of development that the rapid growth of virtual economy challenges the material economy. The service economy is the main support of virtual economy, and the core of the services economy is the service problem. Therefore, it is necessary to research into the service theory systemically, in order to understand the concept of service, the service features, the service classification and the service operation correctly. Only in this way can we build up the concept of big service, promote the development of services, innovate the service system and meet the service economy era.
