Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, the reliability and validity of survey questionnaire of city community medical service status are analyzed by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The analysis results show that the Alpha reliability coefficients of the residents’ assessment of the community health and the influencing factors of health care reform on the community health were 0.884 and 0.877, which indicates that the scale reliability is acceptable; and the test-retest reliability is above 0.7, showing a good stability of the time span; and the cumulative contribution rate the factors is higher, the common factors are not scattered, the structure confirmed the validity of the theoretical concept; and the various indexes show a significantly correlation (P <0.01), which shows good internal consistency among these indexes. Through the evaluation of this questionnaire, it can be concluded that the reliability and validity of the internal consistency of this questionnaire is better, and suitable to study city community medical service status assessment.
